Three agents.
Every compliance question answered.

Economy3 agents run against your product records and the current regulatory ruleset. No consultants. No spreadsheets. The record is the audit trail.

01

How to future-proof tracing compliance in major markets

EU ESPRCA SB-62CA AB-1305REACH

What it does

Paste any product record. The agent diffs it against the current EU and California ruleset and returns a prioritized gap report — what's missing, which penalty tier it carries, and exactly what to add.

Why it matters

Regulations update. Records don't need to. The compliance engine runs against machine-readable rules at query time, so when ESPR enforcement shifts or California adds a clause, re-run the diff. Your records are unchanged.

Output

Compliance score, critical gaps by penalty tier (Import Block → Market Withdrawal → Civil Penalty), fix hints with article citations.

EU ESPR enforcement: 2027. California SB-62: in force now.

02

How to put a product on the market

EU DPPESPR Art. 7CSDDDUK MSA

What it does

Describe your product. The agent generates a complete EU Digital Product Passport — all ~60 mandatory fields — as a signed JSON-LD record ready to register in the EU DPP Registry.

Why it matters

The EU DPP Registry opens July 2026. Enforcement begins January 2027. Every product entering the EU market needs a DPP. The record includes material composition, lifecycle GWP, repair instructions, end-of-life guidance, human rights declarations, and SVHC chemical disclosures.

Output

Complete JSON-LD DPP record with all mandatory fields, validation report, missing-field list, and registry-ready export.

EU DPP Registry: July 2026. Full enforcement: January 2027.

Real-time Scope 3 tracing and reporting

CSRD / ESRS E1-6GHG Protocol S3C1SB-253

What it does

A brand sets a data bounty on a product. The agent maps the custody chain, routes payment-gated field requests to each supplier, and assembles a CSRD-ready Scope 3 Category 1 report from verified, activity-based data.

Why it matters

Scope 3 Category 1 reports built on spend-based averages won't survive CSRD assurance. Auditors want supplier-specific, activity-based data. This agent replaces estimates with facts — each field submission is cryptographically signed by the supplier who measured it.

Output

Per-stage emissions data, data completeness score, methodology declaration (activity-based vs hybrid), CSRD-formatted Scope 3 Category 1 report.

CSRD mandatory reporting: FY2025 (large companies). SB-253: 2026.

How the agents work

Records on the DHT. Compliance at query time.

Economy3 stores facts — material composition, custody events, certifications, measurements — as signed JSON-LD on a Holochain DHT. No compliance conclusions are stored in the record.

When you run an agent, it pulls the current ruleset and evaluates your record against it. When ESPR enforcement moves, or California amends SB-253, the rules file updates. Your records don't change. The gap report does.

This is the design: one open schema handles any physical product, any supply chain, any jurisdiction. The compliance engine is separate from the record — because regulations change, but facts don't.
